Operation Secure Store with NSSF
Texas Legends Gun Range had the pleasure of working with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) with their program Operation Secure Store filming a public service announcement (PSA). The purpose of this program is to get retailers to make their stores and ranges more secure to prevent firearm thefts and to aid retailers in preventing firearms from falling into the hands of people obtaining firearms illegally.
We encourage businesses that sell firearms to do an internal audit as well as an external audit. Other crucial parts in obtaining security include working with the local police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), and getting to know their contacts and protocols.
