FFL Transfers
What is an FFL Transfer
If you purchase a firearm out of state, federal law requires that the firearm be transferred through an FFL (Federal Firearm License) Dealer. The firearm is shipped to us, and we transfer the firearm to you.

How much does it cost
$35 per pistol or rifle transfer
$25 per pistol or rifle transfer with a valid Texas LTC
Tier 2 and higher members get a designated number of free transfers (see here for more details)
NFA (National Firearms Act) transfers have a $100 administration and storage fee. This is in addition to your tax stamp paid to the ATF
What-if scenarios
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs both to and from our range, in addition to a $75 transfer out fee.
ATF Denials: If denied, you have the option to appeal. You must let us know immediately that you are attempting to appeal.
Delayed Pickup: If you cant pick up the firearm within 30 days you will be charged an additional $50 storage and admin fee. After 3 months, the ATF has advised us that we consider the firearm abandoned and you agree to surrender it as such – with no compensation.
How to transfer a firearm
When purchasing a firearm, during the checkout process, you will typically be asked to provide FFL info. If purchasing on gunbroker.com, we are a registered FFL so you will be able to select our FFL on checkout.
